December 2025 – MLS Statistics
A quick recap of the Central Florida Residential Report for March 2025:
- Listings Sold are up 27% for December 2025 in which the number of units closed was 14,993.
- New Pending Sales are down 10% and New Listings are down -13% to 15,403.
- Months’ Supply of Inventory down 3%. to 4.9 months
- Average Sales Price are down -1% with a median sales price of $460,557.
