Year-End 2025 – MLS Statistics


A quick recap of the Broward County Residential Report for Year-End 2025:

  • Closed Sales are down -1.9% for December 2025 in which the number of units closed was 11,947 compared to 12,180 in December 2024.
  • The Median Sales Price for Broward Single Family homes is up 0.6% to $620,000 compared to a year ago, which was $616,000.
  • Months’ Supply of Inventory is up 4.3% to 4.8 months, an increase from 4.6 months in December 2024.
  • Median Days to Contract have increased 44.7% from 55 days in December 2024 to 38 days in 2025.

A quick recap of the Broward County Townhouses/Condos for Year-End 2025:

  • Closed Sales are down -9.4% for December2025 in which the number of units closed was 11,393 compared to 12,581 in December 2024.
  • The Median Sales Price for Broward Townhouses/Condos is down -3.9% to $269,000 compared to a year ago, which was $280,000.
  • Months’ Supply of Inventory is up 12.2% to 11.0 months, an increase from 9.8 months in December 2024.
  • Median Days to Contract have increased 49.1% from 55 days in December 2024 to 82 days in 2025.
