Why Florida?

Are you looking to move to Florida or asking yourself why so many people across the nation has decided to move to the sunshine state? Well, with a population of over 22 million people, Florida is the “Home away from home” and the “I live where you vacation” place to be.

Let’s Start with the Weather

Let’s face it, the long cold Winter months can get pretty depressing at times. Sure, Fall is nice and the changing color of leaves is beautiful, but once the snow comes and feels like it’s never going to end, Florida is a nice getaway to get your dose of Vitamin D and endorphins picking back up again. While 50 – 60 degrees is considered cold to the natives, the northerners know that shorts are still an option to wear during the winter months in Florida.

No State Income Tax

Florida does not have one. Period.
